    No_Fan429 Soooooo cute!!! (Both the kitty and the little shirt!) But I would worry the stitches would get caught in the yarn, especially after the surgery site really starts healing and the stitches become "longer". Let me know if that happens!!

    A few years ago we had a kitty that needed his same leg amputated. He was doing awful in the cone of shame so we cut the bottom ten inches off a pair of leggings and cut a little leg hole, worked like a charm!

    scissorbaby OP His incision is glued shut, and our vet thinks they used the dissolving stitches. So far, so good! Today is his 3rd day with a shirt on, and I keep making him new ones and changing them every day so he has a fresh and clean one on He is our 2nd tripod baby both were adopted the day after their surgeries.

    scissorbaby OP We already had 5 cats and my husband has been saying we're maxed out, but I fell in love with this guy so hard lol. And his adoption was free! The Bissel Pet Foundation covered his adoption fees, how could I say no?!

    We had a gem hunting trip planned before I start a medical program in school, but my husband said "you can have the trip or the kitten" and I picked the kitten! my husband has been saying we're maxed out at 5, but Topaz is number 6 in our house lol. Plus Jenny, shes from the block and stays in our yard.
